Order Policies

Before ordering please make sure you meet all the following requirements:

- Your paypal account MUST have a confirmed shipping address if belonging to the USA, Canada, UK and Australia.  All other countries must have a VERIFIED paypal account.  If your shipping address is not confirmed, you must do so by logging into your paypal account and following the required steps.  If you can not get your address confirmed, you can contact us to discuss your situation but in most cases there are no exceptions.  Service will not be completed until you have met the above requirements.

- You must provide your shipping address when making the payment.  You must click on the "provide shipping address" option and select the address which has(confirmed) written beside it.

- Please include your home phone number (Which matches the confirmed address) in the notes of paypal payment.  Please provide a time a which we should call you at to verify the purchase.  ALL first time purchasers will be receiving a phone call to verify the order.  Returning customers who have been verified will not be required to be called again in most cases.

- All orders are usually delivered within 15-30 minutes 24/7.  Our online support is also available 24/7.

I would like to remind you that our strict payment policies are a result of multiple fraud cases which we have encountered with paypal.  This is strictly done to protect our customers as well as ourselves in a worry-free environment.  We are by far the most secure gaming-goods company and we intend to stay that way for years to come.
